**Position Summary**

Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair is seeking sales experts who deliver a quality customer experience selling smartphone accessories and Certified Pre-Owned devices, as well as installing proprietary device protection products. This position suits a high-energy, outgoing, tech-savvy sales person, passionate about smartphones and customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are driven to meet and exceed sales targets and are quick to take initiative.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store
- Proactively assist and advise customers, recommending products and service solutions for their interests/needs
- Successfully close sales to meet targets and KPIs
- Work with your team to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store at all times
- Organize, stock and inventory store in accordance with company requirements
- Suggest, sell, and recommend a variety of service and repair options
- Suggest, sell, and activate TELUS, Koodo Mobility Plans and Certified Pre-Owned Phones
- Suggest, sell and install Mobile Klinik’s proprietary Smartshield screen protection
- Process payments and maintain an accurate record of customer information

- Ability to work flexible hours/shift work, including weekends and evenings

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Consumer Technology: 1 year (preferred)
