**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Director of Marketing**, the **Brand & Digital Marketing Manager** will be responsible for executing and supporting various marketing initiatives, including:
✔ **OPA App & Social Media Management**
✔ **Content Creation & Brand Development**
✔ **Digital & Traditional Advertising**
✔ **Event Planning & Promotional Campaigns**

This role requires a **blend of creativity and analytics**, along with **strong project management skills** to drive marketing success.

**Key Responsibilities**

**OPA App & Digital Marketing**
- Manage and optimize the **OPA App**, ensuring content engages users and aligns with business goals.
- Track app performance using **analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)**, focusing on key performance indicators such as **user retention, engagement, session length, and conversion rates**.
- Provide insights to influence **marketing strategies and cross-functional decision-making**.

**Content Creation & Social Media**
- Develop and manage **engaging digital content** for the website, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) media (billboards, bus backs, TV).
- Oversee and analyze **marketing campaign performance**, providing insights and recommendations.

**Brand & Traditional Marketing**
- Approve and manage **in-store marketing materials**, print vendors, and digital/traditional media assets.
- Create **branded interior graphics** for new store builds and renovations.
- Support franchisees with **local store marketing initiatives** (print/digital assets).
- Monitor and manage **company Google Reviews** daily.

**What You Bring**
- **5+ years of experience** in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
- **Proficiency in Photoshop & content creation** tools.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with experience in **data-driven marketing**.
- Familiarity with **content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools**.
- Ability to manage **multiple priorities and tight deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong **team leadership, communication, and project management skills**.

Pay: From $63,500.00 per year
