**IT Support Technician / Systems Service Manager**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term reliability of their technology environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues via the Help Desk.
- Provide both remote and onsite support to clients, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Proactively monitor the support queue to ensure SLA adherence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines.
- Research and recommend improvements to increase efficiency with current software and systems.
- Assist in building technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Provide after-hours support when required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience considered an asset).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact clients.

**Technical Skills**
- Installation, configuration, and repair of servers, desktops, laptops, storage, switches, routers, and Ubiquiti WiFi.
- Network administration (LAN/WAN), server management, and endpoint support.
- Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SQL.
- Familiarity with backup software (e.g., Veeam Backup & Replication).
- Remote support tools: RDP, ScreenConnect, LogMeIn, TeamViewer.
- Monitoring and maintaining system performance to meet business requirements.
- Experience with security appliances such as WatchGuard and SonicWall.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS device management.
