**Role Description**

We are currently hiring full-time and part time team members.

This role would be suitable for someone who lives in Whistler. Is available for 30 - 40 hours over 4 - 6 days per week for FT or 15 - 20 hours on PT commitment. Weekend work is to be expected.

You'll work individually or with another person depending on the task.

We believe in communication We provide all our clients with real-time updates on their property when supplies are running low or if something needs a little more attention—ability to send photos, videos, andbefore and after cleanings as standard. Anticipation and clear communication are essential.

All WRC-specific training will be provided. A willing attitude and the ability to follow directions are a must.

**Duties**
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, dusting, polishing, etc., throughout all areas of a property, including washrooms, kitchens, outdoor areas, etc.
- Bed making, setting, and ensuring property impression is impeccable.
- Clean/disinfect all surfaces and touchpoints, such as door handles, countertops, light switches, faucets, etc.
- Ensure all rooms/properties are cared for and inspected according to WRC standards.
- Notify management effectively of any damages, delays, deficits, difficulties, etc.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and report or replace them when required.

**Skills and Requirements**

We are looking for hard-working, independent team players who show initiative and are willing to go above and beyond.
- Attitude, willingness to learn and following directions are a must.
- Access to a smartphone or a working device for reporting and communications.

Having your transport is an asset but not essential. We can arrange to pick you up and drop you off from the village center. Fuel allowance and car insurance contribution is provided for using own transport.

Applicants should be reasonably fit and have the ability to stand for long periods, lift 30-40lbs, and comfortably move as the job requires.
