- Ensure the cleanliness of the store according to Structube’s expectations (mop, sweep, etc.)
- Do general maintenance and minor work (repair the piping in case of breakage, unclog the toilets, do light work)
- Perform outdoor upkeep as necessary, including shovelling snow and maintaining entrances and walkways
- Manage waste and recycling
- Prepare the warehouse for the arrival of delivery trucks
- Occasionally move furniture
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- All other related tasks.

**Qualifications**

- Be a manual and resourceful person
- Have 2 years of experience related to building maintenance and/or in a janitor position
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job (standing, walking, bending, kneeling).
