**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues regarding student needs and progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to educate young children using engaging teaching methods.
- Leadership skills to guide classroom activities effectively.
- Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks and lesson planning.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently.
- Time management abilities to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative duties.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is beneficial, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
