Job Title: Grinder

Location: Milton, ON

Shift: Continental Days

Pay Rate: $18 / hour

Shift timing:
Continental 12-hour Shifts;
- Day Shift 7:00am -7:00pm
- Night Shift 7:00pm-7:00am

Shift Rotation (7 shifts over 2-week period):

- Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thurs

Paid Breaks: 60 minutes total.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and sort products by material type.
- Regrind and store materials appropriately by type.
- Weigh regrind and record on daily reports.
- Check regrind machines and report any issues or concerns to Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies:

- Effective communication skill including ability to read, write and speak English.
- Manual dexterity required for handling.
- Physical endurance required over 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs required.
- Must use the required PPE.
- Forklift license (counter-balance) is an asset, but not required.

- Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
