**_MINI Oakville_**_ is looking for a part-time receptionist as we continue to expand our facilities._

**_ Skills and Duties:_**
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm_
- Strong administrative and organizational skills _
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment _
- Excellent written and oral communication _
- Customer service oriented _
- Computer and competent typing skills _
- Answer telephone calls and inquiries, book appointments _
- Prepare invoices, accept payments, enter data, complete licensing, file and maintain records _
- Follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team_

**_ Hours: _**Mon to Thurs. 4:00pm-7:00pm, Sat 8:45-5:00pm
