**Hours**: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, in office
**Team**: 10 in-office + 75 virtual. You'll be working alongside the 10 in-office.

You’ll be supporting our services at TrueTraining.ca and tech offerings at TalosTech.ca.

**What you will tackle**
- Manage and grow relationships across municipal, provincial, and federal departments
- Handle complex client needs from a desk, alongside 1 other Client Relations Specialist.
- Keep 5-10 active client threads moving each day through check-ins and clear communication
- Coordinate training needs, track renewal timelines, and ensure smooth contract delivery
- Spot friction before it becomes a fire. Solve fast, loop in others when needed
- Provide insight back to sales, ops, and product to shape our go-to-market and delivery
- Ensure clients feel supported from onboarding through renewal

**First 90 Days**

Week 1: Deep dive into our clients, offerings, systems, and tone
Week 2: Shadow real client check-ins and internal workflows
Week 3: Take ownership of 5-10 existing client files
Month 3: Deliver a client retention map with risks, renewals, and upsell ideas
