As an Advisor at National Bank Insurance Firm Inc., you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and processing orphan client service requests and monitoring the results. You will direct and/or proceed with the insurer directly, while ensuring an appropriate level of protection, in particular by following up and making notes to the files. Your role
- Support requests from orphaned clients
- Anticipate problematic situations in order to put in place procedures aimed at achieving our objectives
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of files by documenting in accordance with insurance business rules
- Work with Equisoft Connect and Centralize tools for case administration
- Conduct research and analysis in order to provide the information necessary for the smooth running of activities
- Support the implementation of the change implementation steps and ensure their follow-up
- Interact with operations, managers and other team members to analyze and interpret information
- Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives
- As a member of the orphan customer team, you will ensure that customers receive a service that meets quality, compliance and risk management requirements at all times. As part of your role, you will participate in the analysis of the project and work closely with Operations. You will first complete a training program, which will give you the opportunity to learn more about your position and get to know your teammates. The training program focuses on hands-on learning and will help you become familiar with your position and the sector in which you will be working.

**Competencies required**:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR master's degree and one year of relevant experience
- Very good knowledge of the field of individual insurance
- Good knowledge of Equisoft systems
- Hold a licence in insurance of persons
- Experience in customer service and advice
- Ability to adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex cases
- Bilingualism French/English necessary, because you frequently interact with our suppliers or partners speaking a language other than French
**Preferred competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of life and health insurance principles and practices
- Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships
- Good analytical skills
- Be customer-centric with good sales skills
