**FULL-TIME DRYWALL REPAIR SPECIALIST**

**Responsibilities of a Drywall Repair Specialist**
- Preparation of job site protection and dust control
- Installation of drywall and finishing (small and/or large section)
- Application of tape and mud (small and/or large section)
- Tape/seam repairs
- Perform various types of painting and texturing
- Installation of insulation and vapor barrier
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Updates all parties involved relative to work progress.
- Ensures that the health and safety policies and procedures are followed
- Ensures project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved
- Facilitate prompt and quality service
- Detail orientated
- Work in a team or individually
- Able to lift heavy items
- Work 40 hours per week and overtime when needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Drywall Repair Specialist Qualifications**:

- Proficient in all aspects of drywall installation/finishing and painting
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Clean criminal record as it relates to work
- Organized with attention to details
- Punctual, reliable, dependable and self-motived
- Maintain work vehicle in clean and serviceable condition

**Drywall Repair Specialist Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials and installation practices common to the trade
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Superior customer service skills
- Willingness to take initiative and be proactive in job progress and relay information regarding future scheduling requirements
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Must be capable of completing physical work including frequent heavy lifting (50 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, crouching, sitting, bending and repetitive movements.
- Demonstrates corporate citizenship and social responsibility
