**Job Summary**:
Effectively lead store associates in customer service, product knowledge and store operations.

Now if you come on board as our **Gameday & Events Retail Supervisor**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Assist the retail manager with all store duties including opening and closing the store
- Ensuring that the store and company polices are upheld
- Supervise the functioning of the hourly associates
- Training new staff and managing the work schedules of the team
- Operate a POS system and troubleshoot any issues
- Effectively delegate duties to associates and supervise productivity
- Assist in merchandise cycle counts and store physical inventory
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled from warehouse
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures
- Responsible for maintaining and displaying and promoting merchandise to help generate sales
- Create a professional, and engaging work environment

- Minimum of 2 years of sales or retail experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a face paced environment
- Availability to work extended hours when needed
- Able to sit, stand, reach, bend and move for job responsibilities
- Open to potentially working in various weather elements, as needed
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work events that may include days, nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays.
