**Who We Are**

We are a fast-growing **produce wholesale company** based in **Surrey, BC**, committed to providing fresh, high-quality produce to our customers. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a **driven, bilingual (Mandarin & English) Sales Representative** to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships with key partners.

**What You'll Do**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in **acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts**. You will:

- **Generate & Convert Leads** - Identify and engage potential customers in the **foodservice, retail, and wholesale markets**, turning prospects into loyal clients.
- **Manage & Grow Accounts** - Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide **tailored solutions** to help their businesses thrive.
- **Negotiate & Close Sales** - Secure pricing agreements, finalize orders, and consistently **meet/exceed sales targets**.
- **Market & Industry Awareness** - Stay informed on **pricing trends, supply changes, and customer demands** to anticipate market shifts.
- **Collaborate & Problem Solve** - Work closely with our operations team to ensure **smooth order fulfillment** and resolve any customer concerns.

**What We're Looking For**

We need someone who is:

- **A Strong Communicator** - Fluent in **Mandarin and English** (Cantonese or other languages are a plus).
- **Resilient & Goal-Oriented** - Comfortable making **cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals**.
- **Tech-Savvy** - Able to use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Inventory/ Sales software and CRM tools effectively.
- **Highly Organized** - Skilled in **time management and prioritization** to handle multiple accounts.
