Your Impact
- Efficiently pack products using warehousing equipment, such as pallet jacks or hoists.
- Generate and secure shipping paperwork and labels for each shipment
- Receive material in Oracle and generate shipping paperwork accurately and promptly
- Manage shipping inventory, ensuring it is moved and stored in the designated area in the warehouse
- Back up in shippers’ absence.
- Order necessary supplies for shipping department.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and taking part in regular cleaning and maintenance.
- Meet customer order specifics in a timely manner.
- Operating warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.

**Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies**:

- Create labels and attach shipping related documents including dangerous goods forms, CERS, Certificates of Origin, USMA Certificates, Commercial Invoices, Packing Slips, Bill of Lading, etc.
- Contact freight forwarder and determine best way to ship in terms of delivery time and cost.
- Track all shipments until they reach their destination.
- Maintain a comprehensive shipping tracking sheet.

Skills & Experience
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Physical capability to perform basic tasks such as lifting up to 50lb.
- Experience in a warehouse setting and familiarity with shipping software like Oracle can also be beneficial
- A high school qualification or equivalent is required, along with physical strength and stamina
- Experience with domestic and international shipping.
- Fluency in English

- Must be able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 50lb.
