We are an indoor playground for children and to keep up with the weather and holiday season, we have decided to expand our team.

This position is great for anyone with a positive and outgoing personality, enjoys physical activity or is looking to pursue a career in youth, recreation, fitness or coordinating. The cashier and play attendant position is responsible for maintaining guest service, generation of sales in house, cash register operations (POS), and general housekeeping. The cashier and play attendant is often the first person to greet guests. They must provide excellent customer service to the patron at the counter as well as to guests on the phone. This position helps maintain the cleanliness of our facility: bathrooms, party area, eating and play areas.

Hours are part time can be flexible depending on your needs.

Experience is an asset but not necessary, we are happy to teach you

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet customers and check them in
- Provide relevant information to playground guests
- Assist with birthday party services
- Explain the facility's play rules
- Handle and enforce waiver policies
- Complete sales transactions
- Sell and promote products to patrons
- Stock front desk, janitorial supplies, and concessions inventory
- Daily cleaning: bathrooms, party area, eating, sitting, entry and play areas
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Work well with children and parents
- Ability to provide excellent in-person customer service
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
- Must provide Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check if hired.

**Hours**
- Evenings, Weekends, some holidays.
