**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and hospitality, and who thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere.

**Duties**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, contributing to the overall efficiency of the food service operation.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas.
- Support other kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
