Health & Safety Manager - Located in _**Tumbler Ridge BC**_

**Must be able to reliably commute to Tumbler Ridge BC.**

Barrow Safety is looking to hire an experience Health & Safety Manager for a 2 to 3 month contract in_**Tumbler Ridge, BC.**_ This individual will be working on a mine site directly with the construction workers and contractors.

**Duties**:

- Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Investigate incidents
- Work with the health and safety team to support the development, review and implementation of HSE Management system programs
- Provide health and safety technical support on site

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Mining experience and a knowledge of Health & Safety management systems and standards
- Valid Drivers License
- NCSO Certification
- Radiation Safety Officer (preferred)
- Standard First Aid or Higher level of training

Please note that all applicants will be required to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

- Monday to Friday
