**Salaried Positions** as opposed to straight commission like most automotive salespeople. Today’s auto buyer doesn’t want to have to come in and haggle and negotiate in order to get their “best deal”, nor do they want to be serviced by someone who is incentivized for selling them the car with the most mark-up as opposed to the best fit for them and their family. **Finance/ Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities Include**:
- Completing all vehicle purchase transactions, including documentation required by ReCar internally, our lending partners, as well as our asset and credit protection partner companies.- Working with all our lending partners to ensure the highest possible level of credit approval for our clients.- Offering and selling to all client’s protection products for both their credit as well as their vehicles using our documented process.- Management and completion of all motor vehicle licensing for our clients.
- You will be an active key-holder, responsible for both opening and closing the branch on certain days.

While this is primarily a Finance Manager position, very often you will be required to
**assume the role of Branch Manager **when he/she is not at the location. This includes, but is not limited to:
Managing the team and giving direction.- Providing exceptional service throughout our Guests' experience.- Assisting our guests in making buying decisions and helping our Vehicle Advisors get the commitment from our guests to do so.- Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming performance feedback.

An exceptional commission-based remuneration package is offered for this position. ReCar’s incentive programs provide the potential for additional earnings, recognition, and perks based on our volumes and guest experience

We are looking for someone with **Automotive Dealership experience**, either with **at least (3) years of Sales experience** and/or experience as a successful Finance or Sales Manager. If you **do not have relevant automotive experience, please do not apply**.
