A regular day for you will include:
- As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.-
- Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.- Gathering loan information- Selling our loan and protection products- Closing loans virtually and in person- Following up past due customer accounts.- Cash controls including taking payments- Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada- High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset- Great communication skills

Extra - awesome to have:
- You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.- Previous experience working with loan origination software- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration- Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere
