We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations with energy, excellence, and a genuine love for hospitality. **The Role**

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be running the day-to-day action on the floor — leading the team, keeping service on point, and making sure every guest has a great time from the first cheers to the last bite. You'll work closely with the kitchen and ownership team to keep operations smooth, staff supported, and the vibe high-energy and positive.

This isn’t a suit-and-tie kind of job — it’s hands-on leadership in a busy, fun, community-driven pub where banquets, tournaments, and busy weekends are all part of the rhythm.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading the front-of-house team with confidence, fairness, and good vibes
- Managing daily service, staffing, and guest interactions
- Ensuring guests feel welcome, well-served, and eager to return
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing FOH staff
- Supporting event execution for golf tournaments, private banquets, and member functions
- Managing floor flow, shift transitions, and smooth kitchen-to-table coordination
- Handling guest issues calmly and professionally
- Collaborating with the Chef and BOH team to ensure timely, consistent service
- Ensuring health & safety, liquor service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitoring sales, labor, and operational performance metrics

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant or pub setting
- A proven ability to lead with honesty, kindness, and accountability
- Comfortable in a high-volume, casual-upscale environment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- A passion for guest experience and building regulars
- Solid understanding of food, beer, cocktails, and event service
- Experience managing banquets, private events, or tournament service is a big plus
- Serving It Right certification required
- Bonus if you’ve got WSET Level 2, bar leadership experience, or golf club exposure
