**About Us**:
Bar Hydraulics Inc. is a leading provider of industrial hydraulic piping systems, proudly serving clients across Canada and internationally. We’re growing and looking for a **Recruitment Specialist** to join our team and help us attract top trades talent—including welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, and industrial mechanics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and open houses
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment histories
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding tasks such as orientation and safety documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in trades recruitment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-4 years of experience recruiting for skilled trades roles
- Strong track record managing high-volume recruitment without compromising quality
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**What We Offer**:
