**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in identifying and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and preparing presentations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
- Help negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Manage account information, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in technical sales discussions, providing insights based on product knowledge and customer feedback.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Experience in account management or outside sales is beneficial.
