**Blue Sky Hemp Ventures Ltd. is looking for someone to join the team in a Cannabis Packaging/Production Support role at our Saskatoon manufacturing facility. As proud locals, our start-up operation is 100% Canadian-owned and operated.**

The **Packaging / Production Support** position will entail performing general labour activities, assisting in retail product formulations, preforming product packaging, labeling, and quality control of retail cannabis related products. We are looking for a highly motivated and detailed oriented individual to join our continually growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform manual labour tasks such as filling, bottling, capping, labelling, boxing, and packaging.
- Operate production and lab equipment such as scales, pumps, mixers, and filling machines.
- Cleaning and sanitization of work area and equipment before and after each activity is complete.
- Manage documentation and information related to production activities.
- Maintain and service equipment.
- Performing other duties as required from time to time.

**Required Skills, Training & Experience**
- Food processing, manufacturing, or Cannabis packaging experience
- Reasonable physical fitness such that you can stand and/or walk for significant periods of a shift, and lift or manipulate processing screens, bulk bags of product, and/or attend to the physical maintenance of certain equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret basic SOP’s related to food and extraction business
- Punctual and reliable
- Self-starter who can manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to maintain a safe work area and adhere to all company Health & Safety policies
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Able to work both day and evening shifts
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including scrubs, hair/beard nets, mask, and steel toed boots.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Acceptable results to a Criminal Record Check

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Packaging: 1 year (preferred)
