Job Description: Retail Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations, inventory, and staff
- Abilities to handle paperwork, scheduling, and reporting
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Effective time management skills
