Camp Counsellor/ Program Staff

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and engage with campers in various activities and programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, and recreational activities
- Assist campers with personal needs, including meals, hygiene, and behavior management
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff members

Skills considered assets:

- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with children

Please note that this is a seasonal position with varying hours based on the camp schedule.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.60-$16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
