**Job details**:
**Front of House** staff provide excellent customer service and hospitality. The position is important for ensuring customers have a positive and welcoming experience.

Those chosen to fill the role are expected to be friendly, kind, and informative. Must be reliable, have high quality standards, great attention to detail, excellent time management, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

**General Duties**
- responsible for providing quick and friendly service
- answering questions with professionalism and clarity
- boxing doughnuts as per customer needs
- serving soft serve and hot/cold beverages
- operating a cash register and handling cash/cards
- washing dishes and other light cleaning duties
- keeping beverages and other products stocked until close
- ability to stay calm and confident during busy times
- must work well independently and as a team
- responsible for proper food handling, storage, and labeling
- ensure cleanliness and health standards are met
- standing for long periods of time
