**Responsibilities**:

- **Estimation and Quoting**: Utilize Excel VBA skills and advanced formulas to quote projects accurately and extract critical information from construction plans.
- **Software Proficiency**: Work with industry-standard software such as PlanSwift, Sketchup, and Adobe to ensure precision in all project estimations.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage in networking activities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure timely follow-ups to address any queries or concerns.
- **CRM Management**: Take charge of CRM maintenance to keep client information updated and accessible, enhancing our customer service and project management.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- **Construction Experience**: Mandatory experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of framing practices and principles.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, VBA, and formulas is essential for accurate project quoting and data management.
- **Framing Knowledge**: A solid understanding of framing is required to accurately estimate projects and understand client needs.
- **Technical Software Knowledge**: Experience with PlanSwift, Adobe, and other relevant construction estimation software.
- **3D Modeling Experience**: A bonus skill that would add value to our innovative approach to framing and construction.
- **Networking Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions and relationship building.
