**Job Summary**:
Assists the Senior Records Specialist in maintaining complete and accurate regulatory reporting records to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations that pertain to the different Customer Training Centers. Working knowledge of the Quality and Compliance System (SQMS, CMS), Processes and Procedures (DPM).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Record Specialist in maintaining regulatory training records for assigned programs to ensure compliance with Domestic and International regulations and standards
- Assists Senior Record Specialist with customer training files once customer training has been completed to ensure quality and accuracy of training records.
- Download exams reports from electronic exams system
- Enter, track and report KPI data
- Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal and external customers.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $15.75-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative skills: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)
- French: 3 years (preferred)
