**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee compensation.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for financial reporting and analysis.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement within financial statements.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and assisting with financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and forecasts, providing insights based on financial data.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.

**Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms is essential.
- Google Business Suite Mastery and Whatsapp Experience
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, or general accounting functions is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.

**Compensation**: - Starting at $4,750 - $5,950/month plus applicable GST (if contractor basis)
- 3-month probation period with potential raise to $5,950/month based on performance
- Contractor model (no benefits, no deductions) or Employee Model (Flexible Either)
