**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain various documents (procedures, forms, etc.) under the directions of the Manufacturing Manager and Supervisor
- Ensure all documents are in suitable format and revision
- Maintain a database (folder(s)) for all applicable documents
- Review applicable company documentation for accuracy/references incorporation
- Various tasks to support AS9100 quality standards
- Source vendors with appropriate work scope and accreditation to fulfil Purchase order requirements
- Co-ordinate with vendors for Purchase order requirements as well as specification related requirements including follow up correspondence
- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain Manager regarding material requisitions, material availability
- Track manufactured parts availability as well as in process parts status
- Other duties as assigned

**Daily**: Work directly with the Manufacturing Supervisor and report to him for daily direction and tasking.

**Weekly**: Meet deadlines. Report on weekly progress. Attend meetings as required.

**Monthly**: Meet deadlines. Attend meetings as required. Review documentation folder(s) for accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Aviation industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Team player able to collaborate with colleagues, also able to work with mínimal supervision on assigned tasks
- Solid problem-solving skills

**Compensation**:

- $22/hour
