**Who are We?
Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services throughout Nova Scotia. We have done many premier maintenance and design-build landscape projects in NS like Argyle and Spring Garden streets, Queen’s Marque and Peggy Cove’s Viewing Deck. We are continually growing and are looking to add Concrete Finishers to our team in Bedford.

**Who are You?
You are a concrete finisher with experience in more than just placing and finishing concrete. You are able to help in both flatwork and vertical formwork with direction from your manager. You are willing to help in excavation, gravel installation, stripping & cutting etc. You are willing to learn about different types of concrete if you don’t yet have experience in trench drains, architectural, exposed aggregate or stamped concrete.

**You have the following skills/qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Comfortable with smartphone/tablet
- 1-2 years experience in concrete construction
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation

More importantly, you are driven individual looking to grow and be a part of moving a business forward. You are trustworthy so that you can take on tasks and projects within your team with limited supervision. You are committed to working long-hours when they are given to you and don’t mind a dusty, dirty day of hard physical work. You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and responsibilities when the team needs you.

**Who will be on your Team?
Day-to-day you will work on a crew of 3-5 people, sometimes this crew may be doubled up with other crews for larger projects and bigger pours. You will work directly with your crew leader and project manager to ensure job quality and productivity. On occasion, you will work with the office staff and our fleet manager for paperwork/coordination and equipment maintenance/repairs.

- Rate based on experience
- Range: $20.00 - $26.00/hour
- 2 weeks vacation
