We are looking for a full-time, permanent Service Advisor for our Service Department team

Description:

- Greets customers, schedules appointments, and receives vehicle information.
- Accurately relays customer concerns to technicians to assist with efficient diagnosis and repair.
- Translates technical diagnosis to laymen's terms to help customer understand work required.
- Estimates the time and costs to complete repairs and communicates these estimates to customers for approval.
- Works with customers to ensures high satisfaction standards.
- Promotes service facilities to encourage repeat business.
- Keeps customers updated regarding status and time lines of repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
