**MAIN FUNCTION**:Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of BGC Durham’s facility as directed by the Maintenance Director. Able to perform routine cleaning and non-routine cleaning based on the demand from rentals, aquatics, as well as other programs and events.

**REPORTS TO**: Maintenance Director

**DUTIES**:

- Sweeping and mopping areas as needed
- Clean and disinfect all high touch areas routinely
- Vacuuming when necessary
- Clean and disinfect chairs and tables as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Report directly to Maintenance Director
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- WHIMS trained
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- High level of attention to detail

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Evenings and weekends
- High noise level
- Frequent interruptions
- Able to work in a pool environment
- Some heavy lifting required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
