**Your area of focus**
- As our Digital Media Buyer, your contributions will have a direct and visible impact on our success and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing paid traffic across various channels, including native, display, and search, while also analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. You will set up, manage, and optimize in-house campaigns focused on both traffic generation and lead acquisition, utilizing a range of bidding strategies. As the paid advertising expert, you’ll collaborate closely with our dealerships and the Marketing team to ensure we’re driving the highest volume of sales and achieving our business goals.

**What drives your day-to-day?**
- ** Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve results.
- ** Strategy Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic media plans tailored to dealership goals and budgets.
- ** Testing & Experimentation**: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- ** Reporting**:Deliver clear, actionable performance reports with recommendations for continued improvement.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with creative teams to ensure assets align with strategy and optimize ad performance.
- ** Industry Awareness**:Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

**What are the must-haves**
- Experience: 2-4 years managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads. Agency experience managing multiple clients is an asset.
- Data-Driven: Strong understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and how they inform optimization strategies.
- Strategic Communicator: Ability to present performance metrics and strategies in clear, actionable terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technically Skilled: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.
- Problem-Solver: Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized Multi-Tasker: Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
