**Job Description**:
Under the responsibility of the Client Relations & Support Manager, the Landscape Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for carrying out hardscape cleanings and repairs as well as minor installations for our clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide hardscape cleaning, repairs, and landscape installation services as assigned;
- Provide documentation and pictures as required to Client Support Coordinator to close projects;
- Ensure that their truck and trailer is always maintained, clean and inventory is always updated;
- Performing Display Repairs at our authorized dealers as well as merchandising tasks;
- Be a brand ambassador ensuring Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and customer experience is of high quality.

**A day in the life**

As a Hardscape Maintenance Specialist, (we call them Field Service Crew internally), you will be working with our current team to execute solutions provided by our experts with the goal of satisfying our clients. You will be paired up with your partner and together will drive in a branded Techo-Bloc truck and trailer, equipped with the tools and products you will need to perform various cleanings on our products, repair products that have been damaged as well as keeping our dealer network’s merchandising updated, clean and pristine. Always efficiently, your route will be planned ahead of time so that you may be able ensure that your trailer is always updated with the correct inventory and organized so that you can perform your tasks well. In this role, you will visit many different territories within Quebec as well as the Ottawa/Gatineau areas and be part of a fun, dynamic team that is not only supportive but there to help you grow

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in landscape (installation of pavers and walls, cleaning experience is a plus);
- Experience with handheld concrete saws;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Ability to drive a trailer (Truck, trailer and work equipment will be provided);
- Be able to lift 50lbs;
- On occasion be able to work on knees for extended periods of time;
- Be able to work outdoors and indoors;
- Be able to work independently.
