**General Purpose and Scope of Position**:
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service person, you will support the Operations Department with various functions including, customer service, entering orders, invoicing, and assisting in the coordination of inbound and outbound truck and rail logistic functions. You will support the Nachurs, Oil & Gas, Industrial Chemicals, Deicer & Mining, and New Ag Markets Division logistics department for the movement of finished product and raw material orders; raw material receipts, and inventory reconciliation.

**Key Skills and Abilities**:

- High School Diploma required; two-year Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service or administrative work experience
- Experience with railcar and truck logistics preferred
- Previous experience with ERP - Great Plains preferred
- Previous experience with RSI Net - (railcar logistics) is highly preferred
- Experience in agriculture

**Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include**:

- Work with the Customer Service Manager to resolve any customer issues with the product
- Input warehouse transfers and raw material receipts for Plant and Terminals
- Railroad Contact - Order loaded rail cars from the Plant to correct railroad, release empty raw material rail cars, contact railroad for scheduled switching movements
- Plant Inventory Reconciliation - work with the Plant Manager and Lab personnel to reconcile any inventory issues before sending to the Inventory Accountant
- Dispatching - assist in scheduling deliveries, communicating with Plant and Terminals for Production needs and timelines, and determining available drivers/equipment
- 24/7 production support during Ice Melt season for Dispatch arrangements as required
- Other Duties as assigned
