**About the Team**

The Grow domain sits within Xero’s Customer Platforms group and manages the Sales & Marketing Technology for Xero. We work with stakeholders to enable new capabilities helping Xero scale and improve our external customers and internal users experience.

We work with systems like, Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics and other tools to better enable Xero to achieve their strategic objectives. We are New Zealand’s largest and most comprehensive Salesforce implementation working with a global team of experienced and certified Salesforce professionals.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Resolve issues** - You’ll triage and solve development and production issues on the Salesforce platform, and be able to quickly track down the root cause. Communicate the impact of the problem to stakeholders. Help to set a priority for the resolution. Actively participate in incident responses.
- ** Collaborate globally**:

- You’ll work closely with our wider Platform Customer teams across the Salesforce platform to support and deliver initiatives that will improve how Xero engages with its customers. This role supports Xero offices in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
- ** Advocate for customers** - You’ll build and maintain trust & credibility with a wide range of internal stakeholders and supporting teams from across Xero. This includes building relationships with local stakeholders and care deeply about customer problems and their resolutions.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 1+ years of experience as an Administrator or Consultant with Salesforce Sales Cloud, with relevant certifications.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take challenges and processes to gather business requirements in a consultative manner, to resolve those challenges and automate processes.
- Ability to debug across the technology stack.
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- You’ll be open minded and keen to learn. The Salesforce platform is large and includes numerous clouds, we’re happy to support you on your journey.
- Salesforce Administrator experience or Business Analyst experience is preferred but not required.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) industry experience is preferred but not required.

**What You’ll Bring With You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of automated or functional testing
- Be able to write testable code, as well as automated tests for your own work
- Ability to work as part of a team and able to take pride and ownership in their work
- Have initiative and a passion for all things web and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work with both remote and co-located developers and other team members
- Knowledge of all of the following: C#,.NET, RDMS
- Passion for helping people fulfill their potential
