- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural equipment
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep downtime low
- Share technical advice and friendly support with customers
- Keep detailed, accurate repair records (because future-you will thank you)
- Follow safety standards like the pro you are

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- A strong mechanical aptitude and love for problem-solving
- Experience in equipment repair or a related trade (bonus if ag-focused)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
