**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install formwork using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of formwork before concrete placement
- Strip and dismantle forms once concrete has cured, and prepare materials for reuse
- Follow safety procedures and comply with site regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with concrete finishers, labourers, and site supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-5 years of formwork carpentry experience, preferably in commercial or civil construction
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of concrete formwork systems (PERI, Doka, custom wood forms, etc.)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid) are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
