**Job Summary**:
The Field Service Technicians are responsible for providing both in-house and on-site customer service and repairs for Fortress Technology systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Metal Detector system audits/certifications/validations/troubleshooting
- Provide Operator/Maintenance training
- Commission Metal Detector systems
- Perform both On-site repairs
- Prepare written Customer Service Reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Academic/Educational Requirements**:

- Electronic Engineering Technician Diploma

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Preferred at least 2 years of field service experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a proven demonstration for Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English and French
- French speaking an asset
- Professional phone manner
- Must be able to work effectively with Customers and other internal departments
- Good organizational & computer skills
- Mechanical & troubleshooting skills
- Energetic self-starter
- Technical writing
- Flexibility and Ability to travel on short notice and varying lengths
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
