**Job Overview**
Metropolitan Pump Co. Limited is currently looking to add a Logistics and Fulfillment Co-Ordinator to our growing team. We are seeking a dedicated, detail oriented individual to join our ranks in a limited leadership position. Details are outlined below:
Reporting to the Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager, the Logistics and Fulfillment Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring that orders are correctly picked, packaged and shipped correctly. This includes the implementation and execution of strict QA and QC procedures of every shipment prior to its discharge from custody. This position will also include organization and supervision of warehouse staff in their daily duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, Process and fulfill orders once they have been entered by an associate
- Review processes and make improvements where necessary
- Implement, oversee and complete QA procedures to eliminate errors with shipments
- Scheduling of shipments (incoming and outgoing)
- Negotiate freight rates and relationships with logistics firms
- Ensure warehouse staff maintain a neat and organized workplace, with safety in mind
- Unload and load deliveries as required
- Keep Purchasing aware of supply needs
- Make suggestions as required to management to streamline and improve efficiency
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 2+ Years experience in a Logistics Co-Ordinator Role
- Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or equivalent in Business
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- Forklift experience is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $64,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
