Ontario Strategic Partner - Oncology
Location: Toronto, #LI-Hybrid
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious vision to leaving no cancer patient behind. As a Strategic Partner you will be responsible for strengthening Key Accounts’ relationships, optimizing the Oncology patient journey and materializing innovation partnership opportunities to impact patients, heath care professionals and the healthcare system at scale.
The role reports directly into the Director, Strategic Partnerships and will work closely with the Oncology cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthening Key Accounts’ relationships and overall satisfaction. Further entrenching Novartis as the leader in Oncology, creating mutual valuable initiatives and reinforcing the overall partnership offered by Novartis
- Conduct an in-depth analysis to uncover care gaps, local barriers and key customer needs to drive strategic objectives for the Accounts. The Strategic Partner is at the forefront of customer and patient needs.
- Ensuring launch success in Oncology by optimizing the Patient Journey and materializing innovative partnership opportunities and solutions that are at the intersection of patient journey pain points, brand priorities and health systems barriers
- Design and implement programs at the account level that are scalable geographically.
- Ensure the successful execution of our Hypergrowth plans and deployment of key projects and initiatives across region.

**Role Requirements**
Essential Requirements:
- University degree, health sciences or business administration preferable, Master’s Degree or MBA an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of related field experience with a strong record of achievements and proven business acumen.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to define, build and carry forward account strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Account management or project management experience
- Deep understanding of the Ontario Healthcare system
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in the Oncology field is an asset
- Language: English
