**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Republic of Food Corp. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in crafting delicious beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and meeting their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items to effectively recommend products to customers.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure quick service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista is a MUST.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Professional Barista: 2 years (required)
