Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. If you have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the kitchen, including Indian food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and develop innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary arts and various cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in restaurant management is a plus
