ISB Global Services (ISB) is a trusted provider of background checks, driver qualification systems, supply chain security programs, insurance technology (insurtech), insurance-related documents, and insurance-specific investigative services for small, medium, and large-sized institutions.

We are looking for a Part-Time Temporary Collections Representative for 10-15 hours per week to assist in collecting outstanding accounts on a part-time basis. As a collector, you will be responsible for the accurate and prompt follow-up of unpaid balances as well as providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Duties include placing outgoing calls to our customers requesting payment for delinquent accounts.
- Establishes payment plans and follows up to ensure agreements are fulfilled.
- Proactively works with customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Open and sort mail
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail and a team player
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with ease and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You will be required to work in an in-office environment during the work week.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- GUELPH, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
