**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of an individualized treatment plan as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Conduct therapy sessions with a patient, focusing on enhancing their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient progress.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- **Qualifications**:

- Must hold a valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Experience or familiarity with geriatric patients and patients with stroke
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:
