Mississauga, Canada Pella Corporation Full time

Pella Windows & Doors of Ontario is looking for a Service Technician to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Position Accountabilities**:
- Inspect, repair or adjust Pella windows and doors in customer homes & on job sites-
- Diagnose product issues and recommend/determine appropriate and efficient resolution-
- Replace glass in windows and/or doors, and install items such as window shades, blinds, muntins, screens, etc. on Pella product-
- Provide customers with helpful information on the operation, care and maintenance of their Pella products-
- Generates and updates all service-related data within Pella’s software system following a service visit to ensure accurate customer information is maintained, and facilitate billing.-
- Ensure impeccable service and communication is maintained through to resolution and strive for a 100% Satisfied customer service rating from all customers-
- Collects payments from customers-
- Identify and order parts as necessary; maintain Service vehicle including stock of required parts-
- Assist in the training of new Field Service Technicians or other employees-
- Comply with all Company safety requirements-
- Performs any other necessary task as assigned in support of Company goals or customer satisfaction**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma-
- Field Service experience required, preferably in the window & door industryFamiliarity with computer systems is required-
- Experience with power tools required-
- Excellent customer service and communication skills-
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s Licence**We offer**:
