**Security Guard Job Purpose**

Cloré requires a Security Guard who will be responsible for assisting with the overall security of Cloré grounds and reporting directly to the Retail Store Manager. The Security Guard is responsible for the safety of Cloré customers, employees and property. The Security Guard must instill a strong sense of safety to all customers and employees within Cloré. The Security Guard understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing employees, customers, vendors and suppliers.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Responsible for investigating and acting as security agents for area managers and patrons.
- Oversee all security and surveillance issues.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Adhere to all company policies and follow established procedures.
- Identify fraud and take the appropriate action required by law and company policy.
- Greet incoming guests and provide information regarding the sit and surrounding area as requested by the visitor.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**
- Standing and walking for the majority of shift
- Must have previous security guard experience working in a retail environment
- Must have first-aid and CPR certification.
- Must be able to effectively follow and give directions.
- Must be able to complete required paperwork to report abnormalities or incidents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
