**Overview**

**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
- Conduct product demos and provide information on technology sales when necessary
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are appealing
- Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales is advantageous
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
- Strong time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times
