Looking for a new adventure in the kitchen? Look no further The Old City Station is seeking an experienced line cook to join our team. Our pub is located in the heart of Nanaimo and is known for our delicious food, friendly staff, and lively atmosphere.

As a line cook at The Old City Station, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our menu specifications. You'll work alongside our talented culinary team and be part of a fast-paced, exciting kitchen environment. We're looking for full-time employees with flexible schedules.

We pride ourselves on using fresh, local ingredients, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. As a line cook, you'll be expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow all food safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a line cook
- Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
